2001 Legislative Round Up

Includes reporting on 2001 Sunset review outcomes, including closing the Grandfather loophole in air permitting and changing the name of the TNRCC to TCEQ.

2005 Legislative Recommendations

Includes renewable energy, clean air, clean water, environmental justice and parks and wildlife recommendations.
