ACT encourages everyone to become actively involved in democracy by getting informed and taking action.  The following resources will help you find and contact your legislator, participate in Texas Commission for Environmental Quality decision making, and research issues.

Citizen Guide for Participating in Government Decisions on Pollution Sources
A comprehensive guide for working with the TCEQ. Written in 2003, the Citizen Guide continues to be a valuable tool. PDFs of each chapter are available for download.
