This hearing represents a tremendous opportunity for advocates of clean energy. ACT is tracking all of the fourteen bills that will be heard.

HB 1391 Strama Relating to the creation and authority of certain special districts to promote the use of renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvements.
HB 1646 Burnam Relating to electric utility energy goals and programs and demand reduction targets; creating an office of energy efficiency development in the state energy conservation office.
HB 1697 Martinez Relating to a solar energy technology generation incentive program to be administered by electric utilities.
HB 1762 Chavez Relating to improving state energy conservation, including through the use of thermostat settings.
HB 1993 Anchia Relating to certain energy technologies for critical governmental facilities.
HB 2194 Christian Relating to the goal of installing additional capacity for generating renewable energy.
HB 2783 Anchia Relating to the adoption of energy efficient building standards.
HB 2850 Farabee Relating to goals for renewable energy capacity derived from renewable energy sources other than sources using wind energy.
