	Caddo Lake Institute Caddo Lake Institute (CLI) is a non-profit scientific and educational corporation with the mission of protecting the ecological, cultural and economic integrity of Caddo Lake, its associated wetlands and surrounding plant and wildlife habitats.

	Environmental Defense A leading national nonprofit organization, Environmental Defense Fund represents more than 500,000 members. Since 1967, Environmental Defense Fund has linked science, economics, law and innovative private-sector partnerships to create breakthrough solutions to the most serious environmental problems. With more than 30 staff members in our Texas offices, EDF has built a solid reputation in solutions-oriented environmental advocacy throughout the state.
	Public Citizen Public Citizen is a national, nonprofit consumer advocacy organization based in Washington, D.C., with an office in Austin.
	Sierra Club Lone Star Chapter The Lone Star Chapter of the Sierra Club is an outdoor recreation and conservation organization representing approximately 24,000 Texans and 13 regional groups located throughout the state. Our State Conservation Office located near the State Capitol in Austin serves as a lobbying office and grassroots communications center supporting advocacy and education about our environmental priorities: Clean Air & Water, Smart Energy Solutions, Texas Land & Wildlife Legacy, Responsible Transportation Choices, and Water for People & the Environment. 	Texas Campaign for the Environment Texas Campaign for the Environment is a grassroots group with offices in the Metroplex, Houston and Central Texas and focusing on producer takeback recycling for obsolete electronics and other products, as well as watchdogging the trash industry.
	Texas Impact Texas Impact is a statewide religious grassroots network whose members include individuals, congregations, and governing bodies of the Christian, Jewish and Muslim faiths. 	Texas League of Conservation Voters The Texas League of Conservation Voters helps turn environmental values into priorities for Texas. The League works to make environmental conservation a top priority with elected officials, political candidates and Texas voters. Our legislative scorecard helps voters hold Texas officials accountable for clean air, clean water and clean energy.
	Clean Water Action Clean Water Action is an organization of 1.2 million members working to empower people to take action to protect America’s waters, build healthy communities and to make democracy work for all of us. For 36 years Clean Water Action has succeeded in winning some of the nation’s most important environmental protections through grassroots organizing, expert policy research and political advocacy focused on holding elected officials accountable to the public. 2009 Legislative Priorities
